- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish I could say more about the doctors and treatment, but unfortunately they never returned my call. I searched for an endocrinologist in my area. I called this office. First, there are several options on their voice system. I finally reached the front desk and spoke to someone who said that I needed to talk to someone specific (another phone option or extension) because I'm a potential "new patient". First of all, that was impersonal and offputting. I stuck with it. I got transferred. I Left all my contact information and NEVER received a call back. Talk about patients feeling like a number in the healthcare system...I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
